At Ray Service, employees enjoy a clean, quiet workspace and still have plenty of time for hobbies and family after their shifts. But how do we get this message across to potential job seekers?
In Uherské Hradiště, skilled model makers and seamstresses can find great opportunities. Ray Service manufactures cable harnesses and other components that require precision, fine motor skills, and manual dexterity. Yet, few people in the area knew that these products play a crucial role in the aerospace, automotive, and defense industries.
So, we put our heads together.
The people at Ray Service know all about speed – after all, their cable harnesses power Formula 1 cars! Organizing a one-day design sprint was no problem for them. By the finish line, they had not only clearly defined target groups but also a single word that connected them all. It popped up so often that there was no denying it…
A truly family-driven company—that’s Ray Service. But the cable harnesses and other technologies they produce might seem a bit tangled to job seekers. How do you explain them simply… say, to a child? Of course—to a child! Or better yet, with children!
On billboards, radio, in cinemas, and across social media, the public met employees and their children. We then handed them models of airplanes, Formula 1 cars, and tanks—designed to playfully showcase the industries where Ray Service products are used.
In the campaign, we emphasized employee benefits that give colleagues the time to enjoy a relaxed family life. A true workplace paradise…

At the heart of every recruitment campaign lies the recruitment website—the place where job seekers make their final decision and reach out to HR.
We aimed to simplify the user experience for both website visitors and administrators. For recruiters, we integrated the site with the company’s CRM system, ensuring a streamlined and organized approach to managing applications.
It’s great when a client is willing to get involved in strategy development—and when they hear about our Design Sprint, they don’t run for the hills. This approach allows for the creation of effective solutions that deliver long-term results.
